Sorry, I’ve had Shank Part 3 uploaded for 3 days now but just realized that I didn’t make a blog post about it!  Here, and once again, my apologies.

Sorry, I would of gotten it done sooner, but Camtasia Studio 7 (yes, not ideal for Youtube, huh?) kept corrupting my exported video, like it did with Portal Part 4, so I was forced to make the switch to Adobe Premiere, which is a lot better in my opinion.  However, I had to get used to having to learn settings and stuff that affect the rendered video, unlike Camtasia where you click a couple buttons and wait for it to be exported.  I think that Premiere will serve me well for the later years to come.  Anyway, still experimenting with settings, so sorry if quality changes from time to time.  Remember though, I DO have standards, and if the quality’s terrible, I’ll re-do the editing.  Except for Portal Part 4, or course, but that’s because I lost the FRAPS footage, otherwise I would of edited again.

The Humble Indie Bundle 4 is AWESOME.  Great selection of games, highly worth it.  Get it now, but pay a reasonable price!

Anyway, this is one of the seven games in the bundle, Shank, a 2D brawler with a high influence on combo-ing different weapons at different times.  Great fun.  Brutal, gory, and all around fucking awesome.

Oh, hello Portal part 3!

Well, yep.  After rage-quitting due to the crash on the 20th, I just now realized that Camtasia does secret auto-saves for unexpected crashes.  I feel like an idiot, and I’m going to get this video done and uploaded, since it’s been a while since my last episode.  Expect Portal part 3 tonight or tomorrow.

Ugh!

Just finished editing Portal Part 3, and about to render and BOOM, application crash!  Time to edit again…!  Fuck!
